Congratulations to FERU Director Dr. Rashid Sumaila who received King Charles III Commemoration Medals at a ceremony held on Sunday, March 2, 2025. Rashid was joined by fellow IOF Faculty member Dr. Andrew Trites, both of whom were nominated by the Honorable Joyce Murray, MP for Vancouver Quadra. The medal recognizes ‘individuals who made significant contributions and accomplishments that brought credit to Canada’. Well done Rashid!
