A new multi-media channel launched on Friday (June 8th) in the run up to the Rio+20 Earth Summit. Providing rolling updates on ocean issues, the platform will begin broadcasting news coverage from Rio+20 on June 16th until the end of the Summit on the 22nd.
Using interviews with experts attending the Summit, scientists and delegates, the platform will access all areas of the proceedings to report on how measures to preserve the ocean are faring and how well the Summit is looking after the planet’s circulatory system.

Each day, the channel will broadcast from the event, including the end of day ocean round up at www.oceansinc.org.
